I just cancelled my yearly subscription to Creative Cloud and i was still charged $387 for it. That's so much money and i'm shocked that I would get charged that much without being notified. I haven't used adobe since the beginning of 2020 and I CANNOT AFFORD a nearly 400 subscription. PLEASE i don't know where to post this because your website is so confusing to use. I'm at a loss, please someone help me get a refund.

To avoid paying 50% penalty fees, you need to cancel your annual subscription in your 12th month of service after final payment is processed and BEFORE it automatically renews.  I often tell people to set a reminder on your smartphone or Google Calender so you don't forget.

If you read the terms to the annual plan, you would have seen that it is an annual commitment in exchange for a lower price than the monthly plan.  That is why there is a cancellation fee.

You must cancel at the END of your subscription, just before your renewal date, or you are charged 1/2 of the remaining time

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum.
