Please help ASAP! about 2 subscriptions in 1 account

I have 2 subscriptions with Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps.

But I am facing issues:

  1. The first one is a new purchase (I have already made the payment).
  2. The second one is an older subscription that had issues with the credit card information (I have also made the payment for this one).

* Both subscriptions are for the same plan.

All apps still not work :((

assuming you only want one subscription, contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Why is it so delayed?
