(PLEASE HELP) Funds were withdrawn to pay 2 old accounts
Hello,
My bank account has been charged for 2 Adobe subscriptions that I do not have access to and do not use, but:
- I do not know the email addresses associated with these accounts,
- I do not have access to them,
- I do not use these services.
I can attach payment confirmations (bank statements/screenshots) to the message, which can help identify the transaction.
I would like to obtain:
- Cancellation of these subscriptions (if they are still active),
- Refund for these 2 transactions (they were paid on May 1, 2025).
I would appreciate a quick response and help in resolving this matter.
