(PLEASE HELP) Funds were withdrawn to pay 2 old accounts

Hello,

 

My bank account has been charged for 2 Adobe subscriptions that I do not have access to and do not use, but:

- I do not know the email addresses associated with these accounts,
- I do not have access to them,
- I do not use these services.

 

I can attach payment confirmations (bank statements/screenshots) to the message, which can help identify the transaction.

I would like to obtain:

- Cancellation of these subscriptions (if they are still active),
- Refund for these 2 transactions (they were paid on May 1, 2025).

 

I would appreciate a quick response and help in resolving this matter.

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    How can I recover my account and cancel the subscription if I don't even know the login? About PLN 300 has disappeared from my account, and I can't get a refund.

    How to get a return and cancel this service. Because I don't use these things and I am taking money for them.
    Other 2 accounts, not the ones I write now. I don't know those accounts.

    if you still don't recognize the charges, contact your credit card issuer and report fraud.
