I signed up with you for the trial version, and you required my credit card information, so I gave you that information. Then I didn't like this program and I didn't use your program's services, but I still haven't found a way to opt out.

    Thanks for reaching out, @hayk_1313

Free trial lasts for 7 days. As per your account details, you have an active subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro since 1 month and 8 days. Since this is an annual subscription, you may asked to pay some early cancellation charges. Please refer to the articles shared by @kglad above before proceeding with the cancellation.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Hello... I signed up for a free trial, but I didn’t like it and I didn’t use it and I don’t want to use it. I never found a way to cancel on your website. There were no such options. Now you want money from me. What should I pay for?

    Hi hayk_1313,

We understand. Since there is nothing much we can do here, as it is as per Adobe's policies that there is a cancellation fee if we try and cancel before the contract expires.

I would suggest you to get in touch with the support team for help. You may click: here

    Hope this helps.

your trial became/becomes an subscription unless you explicitly cancel.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

You need to ask program questions in the forum for the program you are using
To ask in the forum for your program please start at https://community.adobe.com/
Moving from Using the Community (which is about the forums) to the Account forum
