Hello, I am being charged money even though I do not have an Adobe plan. In CreativeCloud, it only says upgrade but it is not in the plans section.

Thanks for contacting us. I confirm that there is no active or trial subscription associated with your account. However, I can see that there was an order placed for Adobe Acrobat Pro in March this year.

The order was cancelled later on. Are you getting charged for it somehow? We'll need to get this checked.

Contact your bank and/or credit card company and have them block the payment.
