I was charged US$22.39 on November 13, 2024. Order number AD02481800005CKZ. I didn't know I had a subscription, I don't use this program. This is my first subscription. You are obliged to refund me and I have the right to get my money back if I contacted Adobe with a request for a refund within 14 days after subscribing. Please give me a correct answer to my question and return my money.

Адиль, sorry for any confusion, but I do see an active plan under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. Please see https://adobe.ly/4esjwyf for steps you can take to cancel your active plan. You can also find additional information on any related charges or fees at https://adobe.ly/3ABgOc7. ^JW

I followed these links before I even wrote my appeals. I already cancelled my active plan after the payment went through on November 13th. My subscription is now valid until December 13th. I don't need it. I just want my money back.

did you cancel the subscription that had that trial?

if you never had a trial nor subscription, contact your credit card provider.

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
