Witam. Dlaczego pobrano mi pieniądze przed upływem wersji próbnej?

adobe may have found a previous trial with the adobe id.

 

in any case, you have 7 days after the trial ends to cancel OR you will owe the money for the full one year subscription (if that's what you purchased) which carries a penalty if paid monthly and cancelled before the one year is over.

 

so, if you want to cancel, make sure it's dont so you get a refund.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.
