Whomever created this DUMB robot to COMMUNICATE with humans created the worse, frustrating, ineffective machine during the life time. Adobe can't hire REAL people to handle REAL issues, so we have to result in communicating with a Robt. This really presents opportunities for other companies in this line of business. It defeats to have a product if NOT supported with good customer service. UNBELIVABLE!!!

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum.

Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-you MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This link will go directly to the chat option
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent without the quote " " marks

At least you got to "speak" to a robot. I didn't even get to that point. I found a blue "contact us" that is not clickable and that's it. I find this insulting, given how expensive their products are.

I definitely agree...we are not receiving free products and Adobe can't find it within their budget to provide us with effective customer services knowing their products are technology related.
