Porque debo pagar si quiero cancelar su aplicación

Quiero cancelar su aplicación porque no la uso y olvide cancelar después de la prueba, no es lo que buscaba, no la utilizo y ahora que quiero cancelarla me dice que debo pagar adelantado por su aplicación que repito nunca la uso no me gusta y no me sirve...

Es un abuso pagar por algo que no quiero

Also... You are allowed ONE trial per account... if you have already had a trial, and you sign up for another trial, you will be charged immediately

If you buy a HIGHER COST Monthly subscription you may cancel at any time without a fee... when you buy an Annual subscription with Monthly payments, and you do not cancel in NO MORE than 14 days from the start of your subscription, you pay 1/2 of the remaining time if you cancel early... you also need to keep track of your annual renewal date, so you may cancel after your 12th payment, before your subscription renews and you start a new one year subscription

RENEWAL IS AUTOMATIC UNTIL YOU CANCEL

when you agree to an annual obligation, there are consequences for breaking that obligation.
