Possible refund or discount if I was charged on my annul plan if my account hasn't been used in over

Dear Adobe,
My name is Naomy Gonzalez, a junior at Louisiana State University (LSU). I purchased an Adobe subscription during my sophomore year for a class (mass communication class) but after that class, I forgot to cancel it. I also recently learned that LSU now provides Adobe products for free/discount, which wasn’t the case when I subscribed.
The subscription has cost me around $728, which is a significant expense. I’m kindly asking if I can receive a refund for the unused months or a partial discount.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Naomy, sorry for any confusion you have encountered while trying to manage your subscription. You can use the steps listed in https://adobe.ly/40XYB2y to sign in under your personal account. Once you are logged in under the correct account you can then follow the instructions at https://adobe.ly/4hEMMnC to cancel your active subscription. ^JW
