PR ADOBE CR and ADOBE 2, tried to charge me

Hello community, this is merely evidence if adobe tries to charge me again or something.

I received a notification today of an adobe subscription but because of insufficient funds I wasn't charged, so I am trying to delete my information so they don't try to charge me again, but it seemed I already deleted beforehand after the free trial; so I am trying to know why did they try to charge me? Why isn't my information in my account? And how do I know they won't do it again if my billing information wasn't there the last time? I also can't delete my account.

Hi there,

We appreciate you contacting us. As per your account details, you have an active subscription for Adobe Illustrator since last 1 month and 8 days.

This is the reason you have been charged. I can see that you have mentioned that you canceled the subscription before the trial ended. Could you confirm if you received an email regarding the cancelation?

We are here to help.

Thanks,

Shivangi

I didn’t receive an email, but I can’t seem to cancel my subscription. I don't want to be charged again

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Hi there,

I'm locking this discussion as there is already a conversation going on a duplicate thread: https://adobe.ly/3Udghnp
