Predatory billing

I cancelled my membership months ago and of course had to continue to pay out. However, Adobe auto renewed it without me having authorized them to do so. I had cancelled it and agreed to finish out my payments. It seems predatory and I'm so disappointed. Anyone else? What is the best recourse? Taking to social media?

    if you cancelled months ago you might have had a one time penalty for early termination of a 1 year subscription, but you wouldn't continue to pay and you should not have been charged for an auto-renewal.  (if you failed to cancel and continued to pay then your subscription will automatically renew.)

     

    the best course, if you cancelled, is to contact support so they can cancel that auto-renewal.  ie, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

    click contact us (= cryptic icon in the lower right)

    in the chat field, type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
