Preleve malgre l'annulation de l'abonnement car axobe ne fonctionne pas

Bonjour je ne suis pas satisfaite 
J'avais envoyé un mail car le service ne fonctionne pas et je voulais du coup annuler l'abonnement vu que rien ne fonctionne...  
Et là je vois que j'ai été prélevée.  
A qui dois-je m'adresser.

you should be able to cancel today.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
