prélevé sans avoir pris d'abonnement

Bonjour,

Je sui prélevée depuis octobre 2023 et je ne comprends pas pourquoi ? Je n'ai pas pris d'abonnement et n'ai jamais utiliser les services. Comment puis je faire ? Est-il possible d'avoir un remboursement ?

If you do not have a subscription contact the fraud number for your credit card

Oui j'ai vu mais je n'en suis pas à l'origine, ce compte n'a jamais été utilisé. En tout j'ai dejà payé 445.14 euros pour un service que je n'utilise pas et on me demande 78.62 euros de frais de résiliation c'est dingue cette histoire
