Prélèvements sans abonnement et page des factures, comptes, abonnements... qui ne fonctionne pas

Bonjour,

J'ai des prélèvements tous les mois mais je n'ai pas accès à un abonnement sur mon compte. J'ai testé 3 comptes différents, toujours le même souci :

 

Comment faire pour :

- soit récupérer l'abonnement et utiliser la suite adobe ?

- soit annuler le prélèvement inutile/abusif sur mon compte ?

Hello Vincent,

We appreciate you contacting us. I checked your account details. There is no active subscription(as you mentioned). Also, I checked if there has been any recent transaction made from Adobe's end.

The last transaction history we have is from 2015.
I would recommend you to contact your bank. Let us know if you have any questions for us.

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

 

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

 

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

 

if that fails, change the install location

Thks for your reply.

Everytime I try to connect on my account, I always have the error message. I tried in French and US website. Both are broken.

 

Do you have any idea how I can access to my account ?
