Premiere pro "Can`t check your subscription" error

So I`ve recently bought adobe cc subscription. And now when i try to install any app i get restriction problem. In case of premiere pro when oppening i get error code 102 - "Can`t check your subscription". I`ve already tried reseting hosts, using adobe repair tool. Thnx in advance for help
