Premium not working

I have paid for premium & have since changed phone. I have signed in with the account premium was brought for & it is not giving me access to the features on my new device. Can you remedy this please as the subscription isn't cheap?

You must contact Apple for iphone or Google for Android phone

It was purchased on Apple device & I have switched to Android, can I get it transferred do you know?
