prepaid yearly Lightroom subscription refund

I didn't purposefully bought the yearly prepaid subscription! I don't know how but somehow my money got debited from bank account.

 

So now, within 24 hours I realised it and cancelled the plan immediately. But the plan is still showing "active" after 2 hours and my Lightroom account showing "subscribed". Why is that? And will I get full refund?
