Previously bought student plan, then redeemed 12 month subscription key

Hello! A week ago, I bought the student plan for Creative cloud that I have to pay $29.99 per month for. Yesterday, I got a key for a 12-month student subscription for Creative Cloud. I forgot to cancel the original plan and I redeemed the key for my account. Would I still have to pay $29.99 per month or would I not have to since I redeemed the 12-month student subscription key.
