What justifies a 33% increase in price for next year?

 

We are updating our price of Acrobat Pro from USD179.88 annually to USD239.88 (plus applicable taxes) annually which will be reflected at your next renewal date.

This is a user-to-user support forum, with occasional visits from Adobe employees. We don't know what the rationale is for how Adobe bundles or prices products.

the first year of all subscriptions is offered at a discounted rate.  you can expect a price increase at the end of the first year. thereafter you can expect less price changes.
