Why will the cost go up without any notification prior? I just went in to change my card and noticed my next billing date I will be charged $14.99 instead of the 9.99 ive been billed for the past several years. I did not change my package. Where is a phone number so we can call and talk to a person?

notification is sent ~1 month before renewal.

Kglad is correct.  I see a renewal email was sent to the email account on file on July 21st, Jessica. I recommend checking your SPAM folder or inbox around that time period to locate the email. ^JW
