Price increase after using redemption code?

Hi there,
I, living in Germany, recently took advantage of the early Black Friday offer for the photo package for € 9,90/mo. Today, I purchased a cheaper annual subscription via amazon for the same package and activated it. So far, so good. The only issue is that my subscription management center tells me that as of Dec 2022, my monthly charge will be the regular price of € 11,89/mo. That can't be right as it should go back to € 9,90. How can I get Adobe to look into this?

You are talking about two different subscriptions: " took advantage of the early Black Friday offer" and "I purchased a cheaper annual subscription via amazon". I don't understand what you did. Why did you buy two different subscriptions, and what did you expect to happen?

I first subscribed to a monthly plan when Adobe offered it at reduced Black Friday rates. A week-ish later, amazon offered an annual subscription which was cheaper. My expectation is that the monthly plan is coming back after the year is over. Excerpt from the how-tos:

"If you already have the same plan or product, and redeem with the same Adobe ID:

If your payment plan is Annual plan, paid monthly, Adobe stops charging your credit card after you redeem the code. After the redemption code subscription term expires, Adobe resumes charging your credit card."

The Black Friday special is for NEW SUBSCRIBERS ONLY. As far as I know, you can't combine special offers.

Thanks, Nancy, but I was a new subscriber. So my understanding is that after the annual subscription I activated via redemption code, I go back to the original price, as the offer was not limited in time.
