Hello, my plan for the Creative Cloud has been $15.99 a month, but it recently started charging me $29.99. I had a student plan, and am still a student. What do I need to do to get the price back down?

When did your plan first start? Sounds like you've just completed the first 12 months.

Refer the terms and conditions of the Student plan.

$19.99/month Creative Cloud Introductory Pricing – Save 60%
Eligible students 13 and older and teachers can purchase an annual membership to Adobe® Creative Cloud™ for a reduced price of $19.99/month for the first year. After the first year we will renew your contract automatically for another year at the then-current standard monthly price (currently at $29.99/month), unless you cancel.

You're now paying the normal monthly rate for students instead of the discounted rate for the first 12 months.

if it's the end of your first year, that may be the expected renewal cost.  confirm with adobe support.

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true.

p.p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare.
