I am out of town for a family emergency and needed to open my FMLA application from my work email. I purchased pro; the attachment wouldn't open due to security placed on work email. I cancelled within a few minutes and am seeing no refunds available. Is this true??

make sure you cancelled everything you want cancelled.  that probably includes acrobat pro and the ai for acrobat pro.  ie, check your account, https://account.adobe.com

what's it show?

eg, any payment problems,?
more than one subscription?
only the plan(s) you want?

it shows I purchased it thru Google play store and to manage it there. I
canceled the subscription there within minutes of subscribing.

I've got to admit I'm a bit confused by your post.

You wouldn't have had to buy Acrobat Pro to open a PDF; you could use the free Adobe Reader to do that. Except for the part that your work email has security restrictions, which wouldn't let you open the attachment with either Acrobat Pro or Reader. You can absolutely cancel your Acrobat Pro subscription at no charge within 14 days. You can get more information on how to do that with this link

Hope this helps,

thank you! It wouldn't open with reader; I didn't get the security alert
until. I tried with pro.
