Probe Abo

Heute wollte ich ein Probe-Abo abschließen.

Nun steht einmal Links ich soll vor dem 23.April 2024 kündigen und auf der rechten Seite steht "Kündige vor dem 10. Apr., damit dir keine Kosten entstehen."

Sehr irritierend!

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

my german isn't great, but i believe the right side explains when your trial ends (usually 7 days) and the left side explains the date by which you must cancel to avoid a penalty (for late cancellation).

those dates are never the same.

Thank you.

Ok, that makes sense.

you're welcome.  but if you do anticipate cancelling, make sure you're prepared to do it and better to do it early, than late.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
