Question

Problem. Adobe didn't delete my old email in their system and still sends account notifications to i

I have a problem with my Adobe account. About 8-10 years ago I changed the old email in my account, and from that moment it doesn't appear in my panel, and it should not be in the Adobe system, and despite this, from time to time I receive notifications about my Adobe account on this old email, e.g. recently I received an email with an Adobe Stock update.

Year ago when I wanted to upload my copyrights to illustrations to Adobe Stock and confirm them electronically via email to it was sent to this old email instead of the new one. Then I contacted Adobe, but they had no idea what was going on and what to do about it.

I'm cleaning up and want to delete this email that I don't need, but I can't because it's strangely constantly connected to my account.

Can anyone help?

Hi @lidias24461393,

Thanks for reaching out. Please login to https://adobe.ly/3TlrBg0 and make sure the secondary email should be removed from the database.

Let us know if you have any questions.

I changed my primary email some time ago, everything has been correct in these fields for a long time

in the fields
(Primary email address (Adobe ID) - new email no. 1)
(Secondary email address - security email no. 2)
(Verify with email address - new email no. 1)
(Account communication preferences - new email no. 1)
(Offers and insights - new email no. 1)
(Instructional emails - new email no. 1)

and this old email no. 3 does not show up anywhere in the profile, and despite this, notifications sometimes come to it and copyright signing is assigned to it

This looks strange to me. We'll need to dig deeper. Would you mind starting a chat session with our support team here: https://adobe.ly/4dWNPPa

They'll be access the account related details and check the email IDs saved thoroughly for you.
