Hallo,

 

ich kann mein Abo nicht kündigen, da seit mehreren Tagen dort angegeben ist, dass mein Abo in Kürze verwaltet werden kann.

 

Wie löst sich das Problem?

It doesn't say that there is a problem with the method of payment, also
that instruction you've linked me doesn't work for me.
