Problem with account verification - wrong password
Hello!
I have an issue with a newly created account.
I just bought a monthly subscription, received a confirmation email, and clicked the "Verify account" button. However, when I enter the password, it says it's wrong.
So the problem is: I can't change my password (because my account is not verified), nor can I verify my account because it says my initial password is wrong. I'm posting here from another account because I cannot log in to my unverified original account, and I can't get agent support for the same reason.
What shall I do? Can Adobe help reset the password of a non-verified account (I do have access to my email), or will they cancel the account?
