Problem with billing and activation of full suite...

Hello, yesterday (20.01.24) I made the monthly payment for the Creative Cloud All Apps suite, but as of today it is still unpaid. Is it possible to have a direct contact for Adobe support, even via email so I can send the payment receipt, etc? It's urgent because it's also giving problems with Acrobat and Photoshop.

if something's wrong, contact support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Hi, i tried this but in Italy it's closed until tomorrow, i can't change to USA (probably now it's open)..

yes, open hours depend on country.  and yes, try again tomorrow.
