problem with canceling free trial

hello! I would apreciate some advice about this: My free trial for 7 days expired 2 days ago. Now i cant cancel it bcs adobe tried to take my money and i had no money on card. So i cant cancel the free trial bcs it apears i have issue with paying( when i click on manage plans it tells me about the billing and payment problem). I suppose if i put money on my card , adobe will take them automatically ((((. Any ideas pls?

you generally need to fix the payment problem to manage your subscription, including cancelling it.
