Problem with Cancellation and refund

My cancellation isn't stating any refund option - even though it's within 14 days of my subscription (payment made on 8th March, 2021).

PLEASE HELP as to how can I get complete refund.

Refund will be done automatically (if eligible!) via the same channel you did the payment after the cancel. For any other information contact Adobe customer care as indicated in @Manan Joshi 's and @Peru Bob 's messages.
