Problem with changing the install location of Adobe Cloude

Hey guys, my problem is i cant find the preferences window in the creative cloud applications. I have like creative cloud desktop but there i cant see an option to change the installation location or something similar. I made a little screenshot from what i have and what i am searching for. Thanks guys.
