Problem with credit card paiment

Hi, when I subscribed my Adobe license, I mentioned my professionnal e-mail address. Unfortunately, my employer don't accept this kind of access and I subscribed a second time. My parents have paid now for 2 access, one is ok, but my second does not work. How can they get back their paiment per credit card? It is impossible to contact (e-mail or telephone) Adobe (telephoned 30 minutes without response Friday afternoon)!? Thanks for your information.
