Problem with Educational Plan

Hello,

My educational subscription appears to have been converted to a standard individual plan because, at some point, my status could not be verified.

I completed the re-verification successfully 2 days ago [see screenshot attached], but the issue has not been resolved yet.

My next payment is due in 2 days and my account is still showing the following standard price instead of the educational discounted rate [it should be £32.99/mo according to Terms and Conditions for students and teachers]:

£66.49/mo
Next payment on Apr 10, 2026
Annual plan, paid monthly

I also checked Manage Plans, but I cannot find any option to switch the plan back to the educational version.

Could you please confirm whether my account has been correctly updated after the successful re-verification, and whether the educational discount will be applied to the upcoming payment?

    Thank you for your reply.

    To clarify, I only noticed this recently because the payments were being charged directly to my card, so I did not immediately realise that the plan had apparently been switched from the educational subscription to the standard individual one.

    However, from what I can see, the change appears to have taken place in April 2025.

    I successfully completed the re-verification process 2 days ago. At the moment, my main concern is to make sure that the upcoming payment is not charged at the wrong rate.

    My account is still showing the following for the next payment due in 2 days:

    £66.49/mo
    Next payment on Apr 10, 2026
    Annual plan, paid monthly

    I also checked Manage Plans, but I cannot see any option to switch the plan back to the educational version manually.

    Could you please confirm whether my account has now been correctly updated following the successful re-verification, and whether the educational discount will be applied before the next charge on Apr 10, 2026?

    I would also appreciate confirmation of when the plan was changed from the educational rate to the standard one.

    I do see a reduction in the amount you will be charged for your next billing cycle. The subtotal has decreased from 81.81 GBP to 55.41 GBP, and the applied taxes were adjusted accordingly.
