Problem with Educational Plan
Hello,
My educational subscription appears to have been converted to a standard individual plan because, at some point, my status could not be verified.
I completed the re-verification successfully 2 days ago [see screenshot attached], but the issue has not been resolved yet.
My next payment is due in 2 days and my account is still showing the following standard price instead of the educational discounted rate [it should be £32.99/mo according to Terms and Conditions for students and teachers]:
£66.49/mo
Next payment on Apr 10, 2026
Annual plan, paid monthly
I also checked Manage Plans, but I cannot find any option to switch the plan back to the educational version.
Could you please confirm whether my account has been correctly updated after the successful re-verification, and whether the educational discount will be applied to the upcoming payment?
