Problem with login and membership

Hello, I've purchased Premiere Pro 20.2. from the Czech Republic, didn't use it for some time and today when I tried to log in, firstly I didn't receive the code on my mail to verify, then I somehow managed to do that but when I tried to go on Premiere Pro, it offered me a 7-day free trial.

There are two possibilities:

1) I used wrong mail, but I'm almost sure that this one is correct, but in case it is not, I can give mote details about payment etc. Just need to know if I bought it on this account and if not, on which.

2) It's correct email but due to the time I didn't use the Premiere Pro, it expired as a trial, then I would like to have my money back.

I appreciate all help and support, as soon as possible. Thank you.

I've found out that the email was the right one, so the subscription somehow disappeared as well as my money from my back account for the subscription.

I can detach the details about payment, account etc., just want to know where it went.

Your bank knows where the money went, and Adobe knows if they got the money. Ask both if you want to find out.

contact adobe support.  there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
