Problem with plan cancellation

Hi. I need to cancel my plan, but in my account there is no such option as "manage plan" - described at helpx.adobe.com. It disapeared after I fixed problems with payment. When I bought plan, I was told that till 18 november, I can cancel for free and get money back. And today I want to cancel and I can't, because "manage plan" disappeard (look at screenshot). I'am afraid that I won't be able to cancel on time if this option remain hidden.

 

I tried support chat two hours ago, but no one responded till now. I don't know what should I do.

My problem is solved. The chat started working faster when I typed word "agent" first, instead of main message (I've found this advice in some random post). Then support helped me with my plan problem.
