Problem with serial number

I have Lightroom 6 installed on my laptop and my desktop. My desktop broke down. New desktop, Windows 10. I try to install LIghtroom but it says I have reached the number of installation available.

I did try to deactivate my licence on my account / Activated Devices, but it says You have no activated devices.

Contact the chat service, and the support (Mohammad) asked for my order and serial numbers. I provide them. He ended the chat.

No solution

What is next?

Thank you

Legacy Lightroom 6 is discontinued & unsupported.  It's outdated software from 2012.  Due to it's advanced age, it may not work well with modern equipment.

Creative Cloud Photography Plan (approx $10/month for 12 months). Includes the following:

  • Photoshop CC and Photoshop on iPad
  • Camera Raw
  • Lightroom on desktop, mobile and the web
  • Lightroom Classic
  • Portfolio website + hosting
  • Adobe Express (free starter plan)
  • Bridge
  • 20 GB cloud storage (upgradable to 1 TB).
  • Free upgrades for paid subscribers

When you can't properly deactivate a serial number
(this is the ONLY support Adobe still offers for old programs)
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
You may need to PERSIST or TRY AGAIN to find a support agent with more experience

sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
Do be aware that wait times are sometimes long before an agent responds
.
You MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
You MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This will NOT work if you are using a VPN
.
This link will go directly to the chat option

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent in the lower right, without the quote " " marks
or
X (aka Twitter) tweet @AdobeCare
.
Adobe does NOT do support by email, so beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message
