problem with unsubscribing
I'm having problem witch canceling my adobe creative cloud subscription from my Adobe account. On December 15th, I set up an Adobe account and started the trial,
canceled my subscriptions before the trial period ended, after which Adobe took the money from
my account and activated the plan. When I realized this happened, I canceled the plan again,
now after the new year I calculated that I had automatically activated the annual plan that
I didn't choose and my account was charged again. Now I wanted to cancel my subscriptions again,
but they show that there is a fine of 320 e.
Please help me take steps so Adobe can help me get money and successfully cancel
my subscription and deactivate my account.
