Olá, comunidade Adobe.

 

Vou deixar aqui uma reclamação. Fiz a renovação de minha conta Adobe em 28/08/25 e até agora o  pagamento não foi recebido, apesar de debitado em minha conta via boleto, e o atendimento via chat insiste em não resolver meu problema. Já abri vários chamados e ninguém resolve. Estou sem acessar os aplicativos...

At the moment, I’m unable to see any payment received on Adobe’s end. I also checked for any open support cases and found that your case has already been escalated to our senior team for further investigation.

You should have received an email from the support team regarding this. Please respond to that email to continue the follow-up on the same case, they’ll be able to provide you with the latest updates.
