Problema con subscripción

  • Habia cancelado la subscripción pero me la cobraron de igual manera. Quería saber si tenían alguna política de reembolso. La subscripción se me cobró el día de ayer 27 de junio de 2025, 70 dólares en total. Hoy volví a cancelarla a la subscripción. Necesito saber si hay posibilidad de que me devuelvan el dinero ya que no utilice los servicios. Muchas gracias! Aguardo respuesta

Hola Shivangi, estoy visualizando en mi email que no tengo nada respecto a la cancelación. Cómo tengo que hacer para el reembolso exactamente? No quiero que pasen esos 14 días.
