Ayuda, me suspendieron la cuenta porque mi tarjeta se venció, ya actualicé los datos de mi nueva tarjeta pero aún así no puedo acceder a los programas y aplicaciones de mi plan de creative cloud todas las aplicaciones 100 GB

Could you confirm when did the payment got processed from your card?

Ya actualicé mis datos de la tarjeta y me sigue apareciendo que el pago está pendiente y ya pasaron más de 24 horas y aún no puedo entrar a las aplicaciones.

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
