Проблема з несанкціонованою підпискою.

Привіт. Тиждень тому я спробував безкоштовний тижневий пробний редактор Adobe. При цьому надав свою карту. Спроба ні до чого не призвела, але якимось чином Adobe мене підписав на річну підписку і тепер намагається зняти гроші. Відмінити підписку неможливо, оскільки попередньо Adobe вимагає сплатити гроші (на карті не вистачає). Отже вважаю це шахрайством і вимагаю відмінити підписку. Інакше просто видалю Adobe, ліквідую карту, всьому світу розповім про це шахрайство.

    Adobe offers 7 day free trial. Once the trial is ended, the CC plans get converted to paid versions. You can cancel a plan only if it is active. The good news is that Adobe offers full refund if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase. I'd recommend you to:
    1. Fix the pending dues on the account so that the subscription can become active: https://adobe.ly/4zUjonl

    1. Cancel the plan if you do not wish to continue using it: https://adobe.ly/4iJChTF

    2. Look for a confirmation email for the cancellation.

      As soon as the cancellation is done, an automatic refund is initiated which takes 12-14 days to get processed to the bank account: https://adobe.ly/4A01U9e
