Problemas com pagamento

Estou com problemas em efetuar o pagamento da fatura e utilizar os aplicativos. O pagamento apresentou falha das duas primeiras vezes por falta de limite no cartão de crédito, porém agora tenho limite, atualizei os meus dados de cartão tudo conforme os suportes diziam. Porém a fatura não foi cobrada novamente, já tentei de todas as formas e a fatura não está sendo descontada e portanto, não consigo usar os aplicativos, como posso pagar a fatura atrasada?
