Problemas con el reembolso/issues with my refund
Hi, I'm not sure if I should write this in Spanish or English, as idk what language this is on, I'm not a great English speaker but I hope that I can explain myself good enough, I cancelled my adobe express subscription on March 20th, the billing was on the 11th, when I cancelled the subscription it said that I would receive a full refund for the month that I paid, it was around $6.000 CLP before taxes and $8.000 CLP after. It's March 30th now and I still haven't received my refund and the adobe assistant says that there isn't any refund pending with my account. What can I do????
Hola, no supe en qué idioma escribir esto debido a que nunca he usado adobe community, pero cancelé mi subscripción de adobe express el 20 de marzo, siendo el cobro el 11, el cobro era de cómo $6.000 CLP antes de los impuestos y quedó como en $8.000 al final, y cuando cancelé me salía que tendría un reembolso completo, pero no he recibido nada, ya estamos a 30 de marzo, al preguntarle a adobe assistant me salía que no habían pagos ni cobros pendientes con mi cuenta, que hago???
