problemas para cancelar a renovação automaticamente

recebi um email falando q minha assinatura ia ser renovada automaticamente, porem nao quero isso, tentei desativar a opcao porem nao tive sucesso e agr falta um dia pra renovacao acontecer e eu nao quero segui com isso. no mesmo email aparece q o suporte de vcs é 24h porem nao consigo falar com ngm. pelo jeito vou ter q entrar no reclame aqui e no procon

you must cancel.  cancel with, at least. one day remaining.  1 week would be safer.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
