Problemas para cancelar assinatura!!!

Aderi ao período gratuito do Adobe Acrobat para utilização dos serviços, porém o aplicativo não teve serventia para mim e decidi cancelar antes da primeira cobrança. Ocorre que, não há opção de cancelamento na plataforma, muito menos um suporte para tal. Há dois meses que ocorrem cobranças no meu cartão sem utilizar o aplicativo. E pra ajudar, no gerenciador de contas aparece que preciso pagar para então cancelar. Não vou pagar por algo que não estou usando e que ainda se utilizam de meios para nos manter presos. Quero o reembolso dos valores pagos e o cancelamento imediato dos serviços, pois estão prejudicando o uso do meu cartão, por um serviço que não quero e tenho total direito de cancelar. Espero um breve retorno!!!

Your story does not sound convincing to me. But it is true, if you have payment issues, you first need to solve those, before you can cancel. But I suppose, that it is easier for you to contact Adobe customer care and to negotiate a graceful exit from the annual subscription, that you did not cancel in time.

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
