PROBLEMI CANCELLAZIONE ABBONAMENTO

Io vorrei disdire il mio abbonamento ad Adobe premium, ma non ci riesco nonostante il pagamento del mese scorso (febbraio) risulti effettuato e accertato da fattura sul sito. 

Il mio abbonamento dovrebbe rinnovarsi a fine marzo, ma il sito non mi permette di disdire in quanto chiede prima l'aggiormento del metodo di pagamento, non avendo io al momento soldi sulla carta. Non capisco, però, il perchè, avendo io pagato tutto regolarmente fino ad oggi e potendo esercitare il mio diritto di recessione prima del rinnovo del prossimo mese.

Di più, accanto alla quota del prossimo mese (il cui pagamento è fissato sul sito al 30 marzo), è riportata una quota (25 euro) alla voce "esigibili ora". Non comprendo cosa ciò voglia dire, essendo io, come detto, in regola con i pagamenti dei mesi fino ad oggi. Chiedo dunque qualche spiegazione così da poter risolvere il problema evitando di regalare soldi senza neanche sapere il perchè.

 As I understand that you wish to cancel your subscription before it renews. I see that you have an Acrobat pro susbcription which has a payment issue. The subscription contract renewed in November. The next billing date for the monthly payment is on 28th March. In order to cancel the subscription you will have to update the payment details and then cancel the contract. Cancelling the conract early before the expiration of 1 year contract may cause you a cancellation fee as well.
