PROBLEMI DI MODIFICA ABBONAMENTO

Ciao buongiorno, a gennaio 2025 ho modificato il mio abbonamento per un piano meno costoso.

pero mi son reso conto controllando gli estratti conti delle mie carte che state ritirando i soldi del vecchio e del nuovo abbonamento, praticamente sto pagando con 2 carte diverse 2 piani creative cloude: 1 da 68,13 euro e un altro da 15,86. vorrei risolvere questo problema. grazie
