Problems accessing fonts for a student subscription while classmates have access

Hi,

For some time now I have had the problem that I cannot activate certain fonts. I thought it was my subscription, but for a school assignment everyone could activate a certain font and I couldn't. I also notice that I still keep receiving emails about my trial period coming to an end, but I have been paying annually for my subscription since 2016. I have already tried to solve this problem myself and I see things online that you can do. But nothing solves my problem. I have no idea what to do anymore ...
