My account got ended few days ago. I Redeemed a Voucher and that was accepted, but my account doesn't activate again. What I could do?

Thanks for your quick answer!

This is what happened:
1. My redeem year was ended
2. I had a new redeem code and I used it
3. The code was accepted
4. After acceptien my account didn't wake up.
